Islam is a complete way of life.

The name Islam is an Arabic word which means both peace and surrender.  A fuller definition of Islam means when you surrender your will to Allah you will find peace in your soul.  Islam is a complete way of life that follows the natural trend in the Universe.  It is in harmony with the order of nature and existence.  

Islam is the way of peace and Harmony.  If we open our eyes and look around we can see that everything -the sun, moon, the galaxies, the mountains and the oceans, the day and the night are following their prescribed paths.  We find no disorder chaos in these systems.  Superb harmony and perfect order is evident in the system of Nature.  These paths are prescribed by Allah.   

Islam is the guidance provided by Allah, the Creator of the Universe, for all mankind.  It covers all the things people do in their lifetime.  Islam tells us the purpose of our creation, our final destiny and our place among other creatures.  It shows us the best way to conduct our private, social, political, economic, moral and spiritual affairs.

Allah is another Arabic word, is the proper name of God( there are 99 attributes of Allah).  Muslims use the word Allah rather than the English word God.
